Annual Membership Meeting

Please join us, whether you are a member or not, on 3/202025.

The meeting will be held in the downstairs space of the North Church

5:30 for light refreshments, music, and socializing

The meeting will start at 6:00

Agenda will include:

• The year in review

• Our current financial status

• Election of new board members to a 3 year term

• Re-election of board members whose terms are expiring

• Nominations from the floor

• Discussion and voting on an amendment to the bylaws as below:

ARTICLE V: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Beginning with the year 1973, the membership shall elect a Board of Directors of not less than nine (9) nor more than fifteen (15), who are to be generally representative of the membership constituency and are AIWM members. Should the number of Directors fall below the minimum, the Board shall be authorized to conduct business on behalf of AIWM for no longer than the next annual meeting of the membership. At no point shall the Directors conduct business with fewer than two less than the minimum number of Directors except to appoint new Directors to serve on the Board until the next annual meeting of the membership. Directors shall be elected or re-elected, by the membership at the annual meeting of the Institute. The term of a director shall be three years. Directors are eligible for re-election.

Only current Members for 2025 are eligible to vote.
